Coventry Cathederal was wiped out by bombing and remains today as a memorial next to the new Cathederal. 

This statue located in Rotterdam signifies " The City without a heart" telling the story of how it fared after much bombing during the 2nd W.W.

Monument to the Commandos, located near Ben Nevis, one of the training locations in the U.K.
